Hi, I’m Claire, cake designer and owner of Bijoux Bakes.
Baking and designing cakes is my passion and I love nothing more than a challenging design brief to get stuck into.
I specialise in wedding cake design and am a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild, I have trained at Squires International School, learning everything from traditional sugar flower and royal icing skills to sharp-edged cake design.
I work from my ‘Bijoux’ home kitchen, a fully registered food premises awarded a 5* hygiene rating, which means I’m able to charge competitive prices for my cakes.
